Step 1 involves an initial chat. We love to meet in person bet we can go old school and speak on the landline if you like! We aim to understand your key business problems, challenges and objectives, and start to build a rapport. There is no cost involved at this stage.
As an outcome of the initial call, we'll send you an initial report documenting the key points, and providing a recommended course of action with potential business benefits.
Step 2 if you want to progress would usually involve a defined period of 'discovery' where our team work with your team to gather more detail and provide a more specific set of recommended actions - and ultimately, propose whether Transform Yorkshire can help.
Depending on the complexity and timescales to complete discovery, there may be a cost incurred, but this will be transparent and detailed and agreed upfront.
Step 3: If you want to take us up on any aspects of our proposals or recommendations, we'll create a contract, identify dependencies, specify outcomes or key performance indicators, and we can even help you prepare a business case using examples from previous work to help quantify potential benefits.

Asked to mobilise a £15m programme of work upgrading existing building management platforms (BMS), incorporating state of the art IOT devices to reduce carbon and general energy consumption and costs across several highly restricted public sector sites across the UK. Project included building of governance and communication model between suppliers, the firm (as designer and installer), the joint venture intermediary and the end client teams. Programme mobilised with site surveys, designs and works inflight within 5 months. Programme handed back to client fully operational and with £10m additional phase 2 works agreed as a result

Worked with a regional legal group to provide detailed financial projections and business case to support a Private Equity investment. Project required detailed interrogation of the groups 4 trading arms to identify current and target markets and define operational, marketing and technology strategy for the next 5 years. Lead to 7 figure investment from American Investors and year 1 growth of over 100%

Transform Yorkshire were onboarded in May 22 to support a national firm specialising in utilisation of IOT technologies to deliver next generation building experience and management; shape their product and service proposition and deliver them to market within a 6 month window. Effort included assessment of over 20 Proof of Concept/Pilot propositions from the previous 4 years, market and client research to define and align client industries, types and needs and establish an Agile framework to align software and hardware development with the product team to deliver products and services reliably, safely and ready for release. Phase 1 Product features rebranded, refactored and delivered to market in Nov 22, with supporting product, operational and dev ops capabilities to enable delivery of future features and products.

A defined term project to set up a new cross divisional PMO (Programme Management Office) utilising existing admin resource. Delivered a series of workshops to map org structure, value streams and processes as well as capturing client, customer and senior leadership team pain points and priorities. Devised a roadmap of deliverables to baseline operational processes across the division; created a pro-active audit framework and process; delivered basic change management governance and incorporated tools such as Hubspot, Clickup and SAP to deliver programme reporting and management, resource planning and deployment and automated workflows.

Over a 2 year period working for an international banking client led a team of transformation managers to complete market benchmarking and identify opportunities for elevating key customer journeys, with priority on digitisation. Onboarded Docusign to the banks infrastructure following a 6 month 'proof of concept' programme of works across various business segments to prove return on investment. Secured £2m of funding to deliver a new omni channel business lending platform which within 18 months delivered NPS scores of +60 and increased borrowing conversion from 60% to 95%.
